Grand Gambit is a free, hobby/student chess-and-card project. By accessing or playing Grand Gambit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

2. The service

Grand Gambit is provided "as is" and may change, break, or become unavailable at any time without notice. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, save-game persistence, or that any particular feature will remain available.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms other players.
• Don't use automated tools (bots, scripts) to play matches on another player's behalf.
• Follow our Code of Conduct when interacting with other players.

4. Content you create

Custom cards, decks, and other content you create using tools like the Card Studio remain yours, but you grant us permission to store and display them within the app so the game can function.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Grand Gambit is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use of Grand Gambit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
